Meet Trinity’s Volunteer Parish Nurses
Karen has been a member of Trinity since relocating back to Indiana in 2011 with her husband Matt and children Chrystal and Valerie. After working in hospitals for over 10 years, she completed her master’s degree and now teaches nursing at Purdue Northwest in Westville. Karen is passionate about caring for the whole person and educating others about self-care.
Nan has been a member of Trinity since 2010, along with husband Terry. She worked for 20 years in the neonatal intensive care unit and currently works in home health care for children with special needs. The thought of parish nursing makes her really excited and she is thrilled to merge her career, Stephen Ministry, and spiritual healing to complete her life, being able to serve others in all areas of life.
